Synopsis
This documentary chronicles the lives of a group of young Egyptian girls from a very conservative small village in Upper Egypt who form an all-female acting troupe despite family rejection. most of the time I felt it was me in one way or another, it’s so touching! I feel their struggle, fear and dreams, how they are so brave to follow their dream, even if it is too difficult for them in their conservative and limited community… I really LOVE it! Singer The cast is so true, so authentic, I feel like I can easily meet them anywhere, I watched it once, but I will go to the cinema again and watch it. I’d really like to see something else from them.
