After hearing all the hype and seeing that it is one of the most-watched series in the world, I finally found the time to watch Squid Game. I have to admit, I had a blast watching it and had a blast throughout the entire season. It’s about hundreds of contestants (all down on their luck and in need of money) who are asked to play children’s games for a chance to win a grand prize of 45.6 billion won (about $33 million). The only problem is that these children’s games are now all deadly and the last contestant standing wins all the money. It will draw you into its world and before you know it, you’ll be hooked. It’s a thriller with lots of twists and turns and a lot of violence. This show will stay with you long after you’ve watched it. I know it’s already been renewed for another season so I hope they can keep the same magic as the first season. “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres this month.
